I just read you KLM delay story. They ripped you off with their voucher, 2,000 air miles and 50 € off your next flight on KLM. KLM had to inform you about the EU regulations that you could send them a claim (claims are fixed by EU law). This is mandatory law within the EU for flights within, from and to the EU. Hereunder I posted a format that you can adjust / fill out and sent to KLM.
